migrate markdown rendering to remark directives and unify breakpoints c351ac21ef

Replace the custom marked pipeline with remark/rehype processing, add directive-based image sizing syntax, and document the new authoring workflow. Normalize responsive breakpoints through shared tokens/mixins and adjust related layout behavior (including narrow header alignment) to keep spacing and mobile/narrow behavior consistent.
