migrate markdown rendering to remark directives and unify breakpoints ... c351ac21ef

Replace the custom marked pipeline with remark/rehype processing, add directive-based image sizing syntax, and document the new authoring workflow. Normalize responsive breakpoints through shared tokens/mixins and adjust related layout behavior (including narrow header alignment) to keep spacing and mobile/narrow behavior consistent.

Add functionality to fingerprint static assets with SHA-256 prefixes,
removing unhashed sources and generating TypeScript URL constants.
Update the content index preload in index.html to reflect the new
hashed asset paths.

Also, enhance the NotFound component and shell prompt with improved
user interactions and styling.
